can anybody tell me how the side clips of the front lip go on? I know I'm a retard but I can't figure it out. It was stolen a long time ago and I finally got another one. If anybody has a pic that would be great, thanks.

 

When the original was stolen, perhaps the side clips were ripped out of the car? If that's the case, you'll have to either order new ones from the dealer, or get some sheet metal and make your own.

 

Autozone has clips that will work......rock those for 2bucks vs. OEM 30bucks

 

thanks for the responses, but what I meant was that I don't know how the clips go on, thats why i was wondering if anyone had a picture. I've already bought the bolts and clips, just confused about the install, thanks.

the bumper cover has 2 holes on each side, the OEM clips have rubber bushings that sit in those holes, when you tighten the screws, the rubber bushings expand and grab the bumper cover. You can just as easily use a nut and bolt, except it becomes a 2 hand operation vs. the 1 hand operation with the rubber bushings (easier on the assembly line/dealer)
