I have a knocking sound whenever i go over a bump or even sometimes just on flat road, the caliper pin has a little play in it, is it htis thats making the sound, everything else suspension wise seems to be fine

If you have a service manual you could try to torque everything in the suspension to spec. Also, lube everything up in the suspension. Next you could make sure you have the lug nuts torqued also. On 240's if lowering springs aren't put on the damper right then it can move around and make those sounds. If it's the same on Integras check that out also. Make sure all bushings are intact.
