Default 97 accord running hot

Read the archives,where is the location of the thermostat? And any other ideas,you shouldnt have to run the heater in the summer to keep your car cool!

Follow the lower radiator hose to the T-stat housing. Be sure the block is full of coolant and burp the block thru the 12mm bleed screw at the T-stat housing. When the car is around 1/2 temp on the gauge you should hear the cooling fans cycle.

thanx for the information on the location of the thermostat, put a new one in and now the problem is solved i don't have to run around blazing the heater in this blazing heat THANKS!!!!!
