here are the mods. 3" intake, camgears set at 0 deg, 3" exhaust, nology hotwires, iridium plugs, a/f guage, FFR and VAFC. before i got the vafc, the engine ran dangerouly lean between 4400-4800 some time up till 5200rpm. i turn the fuel up and i run fine between 4400-4800 but i run rich before 4400 and after 4800. i took it to a dyno shop with wide band and it also shows lean at those rpm. after i got vafc, i turn the fuel pressure down and use the vafc to add fuel between those rpm but i have to add about 10-12% and sometimes the engine throw error code because vafc send boost signal to ecu, but this only happens in 4th or 5th gear. there is something big wrong here and the vafc is only a temperarely fix. my one friend told me that if something happends at certain rpm then it must be distributor problem. my stock tach is also way off, i know because i have aftermarket tach and vafc also have tach read out. any opion will be appreciated.
