if you bought the full catback back, then everything will be ready to bolt on.

Good choice on the exhaust. My A'pexi WS2 came in last Friday and i just love it to death. Not only that, but the company I bought the exhaust from accidently sent me a second WS2 that i received in the mail today. I would hook you up but it's meant for the 92-96 Preludes. I had a welded-on muffler and it loud, annoying and i couldn't take it anymore so i bought the WS2. The exhaust comes in three sections but like the other guys said, it's all bolt on and ready to go. Took me a little over an hour to install the exhaust by myself. Here's what the finished product looked like.

this is a real nice exhaust...ive had it for a little over a year now...nice and quiet has a nice deep throaty sound in low rpms and it sounds very nice in high rpms also....

the only is that the middle section of the pipe hangs very low for 5th gens...dunno about 4th gens...but ya for 5th gens it hangs very low and when i go over speed bumps and high pavement i scrape alot but u can also get new hangers or cut ur stock hangers in half ....

hope this helped ya

The middle section of the pipe also hangs very low for 4th gens. I've got Eibach Sportline springs installed which lowered the Lude about 1.7" in the front and 1.5" in the rear. It usually doesn't scrape unless i have more than one person in the car or if i'm not careful going over speed bumps. The middle section shouldn't be a problem if you're riding on stock suspension. Another mod that you can do to raise the exhaust is put some hose clamps around the rubber exhaust hanger. Tightening the hose clamps with compress the rubber hangers and make them smaller.
