i have a 98 accord 4 door 4 cyl auto and im looking to get a performance camshaft..so what should i get and what kind of power should i expect out of one?

 

web cams and gude make custom regrinds. there are a few guys that have gotten them, it should make a noticable difference. I would think you'd get at least 5whp with a cam regrind. as_fast_as_u has a gude cam regrind, he could proably tell you better than me how much of an improvment it will be.
