Default Exhaust for Integra??

Hi, what exhaust is recommanded for integra? Something that will provide a deep tone not high pitch. Thanks.

so the APEXi N1 has a deep tone. Is it really loud though cuz i don't want to disturb my neighbors at night.

RSR Ex-mag, or Apexi WS2 if you dont want to disturb your neighbors, and the N1 if you dont care.

A little more info will help us narrow our recommendations down. Price range? Sound level?

Greddy evo2 is also pretty nice i have one on my gsr and its reallly deep the exhaust quiets down right when i hit vtec price range is about 450-575 for a catback i think depends where you look and you can't complain about the huge 4.5inch tip clearance is slightly lower then stock i think

I rock a APEXi WS catback. I love it. Low tone and quiet (near stock) when driving like a normal human, but nice throaty growl at WOT. The stainless steel is a bit blingy, but oh well. I'm more than satisfied.

BTW: I paid $425 new at a local performance shop. Packaged nicely with all nuts, bolts, gaskets, and fitment was perfect.

for APEXi

Check out The Official Exhaust Thread from the Civic forum. Alot of the cars are running Integra engines anyway. There's alot of good info/experiences in there.

Sorry guys for not being specific about my car.. i have a 2DR LS 1996. I was told that all HKS have high pitch even though it's high tone. Between apex n1 and greddy which is more better for the performance, thanks.

I've had Trust, Greddy, JDM ITR cat back systems....

personally, I would avoid all greddy products....had the evo and sp...either the piping went to crap in a year, or the muffler itself fell apart internally!

I have been running the apexi n1 for the past 2.5 years and i love it....

I like yonaka. Sounds awsome and isn't lound until you open it up.

I paid 300 for a cat-back. Along with the header and magnaflow cat I couldn't ask for a better set-up

haha, my friend has the hks catback on his wrx (with no cat) and its pretty beastly. I like it, but it definately would draw attention.

As for the rest of this stuff... please do a search next time... there are dozens and dozens of threads on this topic

I personally, to avoid attention, opted for the OEM ITR muffler, carsound cat (2.5"), custom mandrel-bent piping (2.5"), and a ceramic coated Kamikaze header (2.5" outlet). I don't recommend the header unless you are running a JRSC. If you are then
