Default simple solution for a cooling problem?

Im putting a b18c5 into a 99 civic si. I was wondering what might be some solutions to the cooling problems. anything would help thanks.

Redline water wetter. Just don't forget to change your fluids if you live where temps get below freezing otherwise your crack the block. Worked great for me when I was having overheating issues.
