Rebuilt 5K ago with the following
ACL bearings
ARP rod bolts
JDM ITR spec pistons 20 over
Hastings rings
new timing belt
all new OEM seals
-compression is 215-220 across the board
-motor uses about a quart of mobil 1 every 1500 miles
-made 175whp/125wtq w/ a b16 head stg 1 cams
-complete shortblock

Spoon N1 axleback only now....it's in good shape...has a hangar welded to the pipe due to the custom exhaust can be taken off no problem. For a 96-00 Civic coupe/sedan

195/50/15 Toyo T1S w/ about 65% tread with absolutely even tire wear on all tires. Has a minor flat spot on the inside rim of one wheel and a weird indentation on the inner part of another wheel (looks like I ran over a rock or something and it made a dent). Some of the decals are coming off.

might consider trades for other wheels + cash
