Default dpfi to mpfi

hey dose any one know if i need a mpfi wire harness to put a mpfi intake into my dpfi hatch and all so if you know the right steps to do so could you tell me because i'm going to change it over tomm and it would be a big help thanks

You don't need an mfpi harness. You just need to mod your old harness. Here are some instructions:

what does dpfi and mpfi stand for? and when and why do you have to do this conversion?

dual point fuel injection and multi point fuel injection? You need to do this conversion when switching from a dpfi intake manifold to a mpfi intake manifold.

I am tring to do the sam econversion my problem is i can't find the parts i need likt the fuel ristor box and the intake manifold the si ECU.............

Contact ef8 h0! for the intake manifold. You can get the resistor box on Ebay for like $10 the ECUs pop here every so often. you want a PM6. Seach Hondamarketplace, or ebay, or the junkyard.

Maybe if you go from a Dx dpfi it doesnt feel like much but I am SO glad I converted from the STD dpfi. I noticed a huge difference, now instead of the cars power dieing off at about 4.5k, it really takes off.
