so i dropped off my head tuesday 8/5/05 for a valve job and they tell me it will be done in a couple days. a week and 3 days later they call me to tell me im missing my bottom spring retainers but i knew i put them in the head so i told them i'd stop by to take a look. 15 minutes later they call me to tell me they found it in a box. so i assume they took them off to do the head work and forgot where they put the retainers. today, 8/12/05 i come to pick up my head and bring it home. then i notice that the vtec solenoid, coolant housing, coolant fitting, both temp sensors and intake manifold nuts are missing so i call them back. i speak to someone and they tell me to hold on, and i hear them all arguing in the backround for about 5 minutes while im still waiting on the phone. one of the mechanics scream out that hes for DAMN sure i gave them a bare head (which pisses me off because i know hes wrong) so they tell me they'll call me back next week (monday) to see if their machine shop knows where my stuff is.

anyone else have problems with blacktrax or is it just me?
i guess i should have given them a bare head but ****, what am i supposed to do if they dont find my stuff?

They're gonna install your i/e valvesprings insideoutsidebackwards.

 

250 for valve job, 104 for 8 valve guides, 100 for assembly, and 40 for hot tank. spent 494 total (not knowing i was going to be charged for hot tanking either)

 

to blacktrax until they straighten out this ****. I know forsure that you sent them the head with all of those sensors, etc.
