First post, so be gentle... My problem is keeping my zc powered CRX SI running. You can crank the car up from a cold start and it will run for about 5 min. and then shut off. When you try to crank it back up, it turns over but doesn't crank(similar to the symptoms of a bad relay). Give it 5-10 min. and it will crank up with no problem, but it only run for a few minutes and cut back off again. Changed the main relay, ignition module, and computer but to no avail. No CEL either. Dropped the main relay from underneath the dash and you can hear it dropping out before the engine shuts off. Open to suggestions on where to check next. Just some background on the car its a 90 CRX SI and ZC has been in the car for about 3 years now. MSD ignition, intake, exhaust, and apexi SAFC. Hadn't done major mods lately, so I was thinking more like 15 year old going bad. Thanks in advance

 

dizzy? bad gas? no gas? single cam or dual cam zc..what ecu are you running? any codes?

 

Dizzy = Changed the ignition module and rotor button after the problem occurred.
Bad gas...car sounds like it is running smooth, it just shuts down.
no gas ...half a tank of gas still left in tank
single or DOHC...DOHC
ECU... 88-89 integra normally but switch it to factory ECU for troubleshooting purposes.

Any codes... No codes or Check Engine Lights on either computer.
