I have a 94 Integra with a 98 Front end. My turn signal was working fine until I replaced my bumper today. Now when I turn on my parking lights, the entire corner goes on which is correct. when I turn the signal on, only the outer part of the corner is blinking, the inner just stays on. It is supposed to alternate because thats what my other corner does.

Replaced bulb already. Think its a relay?
