How much lower in the front would a B16 swapped EG on stock springs be?
Alright, here is my situation. The roads around here have always been real shitty, but last winter messed them up even worse to the point where my Ground Controls aren't helping much in the handling departement. The ride is so harsh I'm getting trown around like a bobble head and I'm affraid I'll break something sooner or later. I'm not running the best shocks in the world (Tokico Blues F/ KYB AGX R, I know weird setup, long story) but the situation is so bad I don't think even Koni Yellows would fix my problem.
I'm growing increasingly tired of this and am considering going back to stock springs before I bend a control arm or two. My only problem is that I have a B16A and I'm affraid going to stock spring would make it low and soft enough that I would scrape everywhere (with 2 fingers fender gap and 330F rates my lower tie bar managed to hit the ground yesterday).
For anyone who ever swapped on stock springs, how much lower was it afterwards?

are you asking if the b16 will lweigh down the front of your eg more then a stock d-series??? if it did itd be close to nothing. people and there crazy questions
Well I know for a fact that it will lower it I just need to know by how much. I've seen a guy who had to add a spacer on his spring hats to counter the extra weight of his swap. But that was with a B18B, on aftermarket springs (Pro-Kits I think), on an EK and I only saw it when it was already fixed.
I've got a B16A in an EG planning on going back to stock springs. Depending on how much lower it would be, I might go with a set of GSR stock springs instead.
