Default Stock b16 rods with ARP Max RPM?

just curious on the Max RPM of a Stock rod with big arp bolts would be. before i hit the dyno i just wanna know the safe zone.

A friend is hittin the dyno with 81mm CTR pistons. Rocket M22 cams. Gixxer 1000 ITB's. Lookin for around 9000 to make peak power. but if climbs would 9500 be safe?

Bottom end should be able to handle occasional visits to 10k.

Springs are good to 11k easily with the rpm luvin m22 profile. Our turbo car has 25+ dyno pulls to 11k.
