Any experience from them, and the turbo?

Looking at boosting my d series(stock internals) with it.

Any comments are welcome.

 

Pheonix Turbo (formally known as cheap turbo) is not only one of the best turbo sellers/rebuilders online, but also a well known Honda Tech Seller and poster!!!

While I have never personally delt with them, many on HT have, and have all had great experiences with them!!!

Their 'Peakboost' turbo kits are also very thurough and competitivly priced

 

And that turbo should be fine, however stock internal D serious will be your weak link!!

For you to put that turbo in it's maximum effeciency range, I'd suggest an engine build to be safe...

 

K, what would be better choice of turbo for me, off the site? So cheapturbo is now pheonix turbo?

damn their prices went up.
But that should be a decent turbo for that motor.
Cheapturbo is very good too. i dealt with Ken a few times with great success
