Default Integra lowering springs= stiffer ride w/out lowering?

I want to have stiffer springs , but I don't really want to lower my hatch. The odd-ball setup I have now is still not what I want, and I want to stay away from coilovers if possible (they will be a last resort). I remember reading on a forum(I though it was here, but searched but couldn't find it), a guy said he wanted the same thing and ended up with Integra lowering springs and gave him what he wanted, and the ammount of drop wasn't enough to worry about. Thing is, I cant remember if he got 90-93 or 94-01 lowering springs. Anyone here tried integra lowering springs on there 4g? If so, what was the drop, if any.
Thanks for any info.

it will be extremely stiff. i have 90-93 integra h&r's on and i wouldn't recommend for street driving unless you have a b-series in there. the front is kinda nice, with about a 1" gap between my 185/65/14 tire and my fender. the rear springs are worse because the integra spring doesn't compress in the rear, so you get stock height but no suspension travel. ultra stiff--good if you're on the track, bad if you need to drive around.
