airbox hoses and sensors - 90 dx
i just relocated my battery and im gona be taking all the intake pipes out for my intercooler piping, i had a prelude with a f22a1 but my accords is a little different, the airbox has some sensor attached (maf?) adn some little thing inbetween two intake pipes and a hose going to the manifold, what should i do with this stuff?

see that harness pluged into that thing on the 2 intake tubes before the filter box, that hose goes to the intake manifold, just wondering what i should do with them (and what there for)thanks

yeah those hoses use vacuum pressure to open up a valve there in one of those pipes, basically it opened up after 4k rpm to let more air into the intake and in theory keep noise down below 4k. You can just take them out but make sure you plug up the hose otherwise there will be no vacuum. and theres another thing there that has a wire attachment im pretty sure you can remove that as well without throwing a cel.

My 92 Has them i just never took it out cuz I havent drilled a hole for my Intake Extension. Its still sitting there and yes you have to plug up that line. I thought it was suppose to do something like that I read about it but forgot.
