Ok as stated above my check engine light comes on and some times it will start to blink (for example getting on the freeway) the code it gives me says i have a miss fire or to check my entire ignition system. So i changed the
Wires, plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter, timing belt, waterpump, re adjusted the valve lash and some other stuff the usual @ 115k miles.
the weird thing is the car is running fine it still drives strong
if any ting i belive #1 piston is the one mis-fireing due to the abnormal amount of carbon buildup on the plug.
or 2 could it be teh supah JDMyo ricer fart cannon with a 2.5 inch piping W/O a resonator because it shure does backfire when i let off the gas.
any help would be great

code P1336 which is a crankshaft/ camshaft sensor performance....
what the hell does that mean it also gave the codes for a misfire in banks 1,2,3,4, and the code for a random misfire. the thing is the car still seems to be running right this sucks

Sometimes when doing a timing belt service on Civics (maybe others, too), if you don't tuck in the crankshaft sensor, one of the belts will chew through the shielding causing problems. I would also imagine that a faulty crankshaft sensor would cause misfires.

i re wired that it was chewed up maybe the sensor itself is bad?
