Default new 90 Accord - questions

Today I just purchased a manual 2door LX 90 Accord for $600. It's in pretty nice freaking shape with the usual rust on the rear wheel well. I'm planning on taking it on a road trip tomorrow so I did an oil change. Odd thing is that it emptied more than 4Q of oil. It was much closer to 5 since I did fill back up 4.75 empty quarts. I filled it back with only 4Q. Now the dipstick registers about 3/4ths full but at about the half way mark to the top it's all clear. Dosn't look like oil. Could it be water? I also notice at lower rpm it tends to be slugish like it's miss firing or something. What do you think?

The blinkers do not work either. The hazards DO work. But when you try the blinkers not even the lights in the cluster blink. Maybe the combination switch?

Other than that it's a pretty nice car. Has AC! Rides nice! Quiet!

Thanks,
Jeff

It's best to have a cooling system pressure test done b4 you go any furthur. It does sound like water, but it normally looks like the worlds' worst frostie (looks like extra light Dunkin' Donuts coffee.
If it does turn out to be coolant, it doesn't bode well, it will require the engine be torn apart.
Have the pressure test done first, then we'll talk
