What radator are you running? I always use b series hoses. If you aren't using the si or delsol radiator you have to clamp them on the radiator pretty tight to prevent leaking since the inlet/outlet is smaller in the stock radiator.
Use 99-00 si hoses with the si radiator.
Im using si hoses with the d16 radiator. It has been leaking quite a bit. I have to tighten the clamp really well to prevent any leaks. Im getting the correct one soon.

I am using the D-series raditor. Which hoses would I use?

Use the b hoses. Cut a piece of the d hose and put it on the radiator inlet and outlet. Slide the b series hose over. Clamp it down. Tight.
