I know its alittle off topic but i know alot of people here have lsds in their rides so,

I installed a JDM ITR LSD into my GSR tranny last week and ever since then I've been having trouble getting into first gear. Its okay if i'm completely stopped but if i'm rolling upto a stop and try to put it into 1st gear it doesnt want to go. I've tried forcing it a little hoping that things would get back into alignment but it hasnt work. Does any one know what might be causing this or do I need to start saving for a transmission rebuild?

 

Mine has been the same way after the Quaife was installed, but not all the time. I don't think 1st gear is synchronized anyway.

 

thats normal boys u only suppose to gear down to second while moving thats why it so hard to get it into first

 

I'm not talking about when the car's moving. He was. It's still finicky sometimes.

 

I'm not talking about going into 1st when i'm going 20. i'm talking about if i'm bearly rolling. It wasnt like this before i tore apart the tranny to put in the lsd. why is it like this now?
