Can you tell by the pictures below if my timing is off ????

No. You have to check the timing with a timing light to know for sure.

looks to be at full advance from the pictures... having problems with pinging?

as stated above, use a timing light... setting ignition timing is something that you shouldn't be guessing at.

looks like it is fully advances yes- but like stated above it might need to be there to run with the rest of your timming - check it with a timming light

You can't tell if your timing is off by looking at old ware marks on your distributor, you have to check it with a timing light. Also, you might want to put a breather filter on your oil vapor line or reconnect it to your intake system. They will keep dirt, dust and quite a bit of moisture out of your engine's internals.

yah it looks to be fully advanced.... there is wear marks on the dizzy where it should go... most of the time when the timing is dead on... the 3 bolts are in the center of the adjuster... equal length of metal on both sides of the bolts... thats usually tdc.
