well what i meant was, in the off position... air well just start coming out at what i'd guess to be like if the switch was on knotch 2 or 3... so it has some flow to it, but its not cold unless i click "A/C" button on and put the switch onto a speed level... I can hear the fan turn on, and if i click it off i can feel it turn off, "rides smoother, no lag of course".. But i just dont get why out of nowhere with the air turned off, it well just start blowing out like as if i had it on...

The air that is coming through is air that is being forced into the car through the cowel. This is perfectly normal. Go put your car on recirculate and do the same thing you did before, see if any air comes through.

im in my car right now on my laptop "i <3 wireless internet"... it's on recirculate and wether its on the on or off position... it still blows out air.. like no matter what its on, air on air off, hot cold, a/c, 1,2,3,4..... the air always stays on... i cant get it to shut off... but if its on a selected power level "1,2,3,4" and the "a/c" button is on then its cold air, but once i turned it to "0" power level, the cold air goes away and it just keeps blowing warm air... im sorry its hard to type what the hell its doing.. but i just cant get it to shut it off when its supposed to be off...

yeah, it blows air constantly... neutral, drive, reverse, power on power off... lol.. this ***** wacked out haha... i wanna just take out a/c but i live in so fla and that **** aint happenin.. but nobody that i've talked to knows what the fawks happenin with it.. all i hear is "take it out.. take off the fuse.. unplug compressor" but im sorta leaning more towards fixing it than ignoring it...

If the a/c is not running and only the blower is then removing the a/c will do nothing for you. My guess is that the off posistion of the switch is shorted to position one.
