Well heres the situation:

Exiting Freeway at idle, stop at red light..

Engine stalls(engine ran fine until then), can't get it to turn over
So get it towed home, Come to find out Toda Timing belt shreded.
And also I noticed I could not find the Crank key, that connects the crank gear to crank pulley, well set everything back up to TDC, picked up another crank key and replaced timing belt of course,but when I went to check valve clearances

I noticed Rocker arms on Exhaut side of cylinder #1 that I can move then up/down and they will not lock into place like all the other arms.. I am at work right now, and wont be able to do a through check/pull the head off till this weekend, Anyone give me some ideas of what it might be? thanks
