2003 Acura TL Type-S.

doors are locked. I manually pull up the lock on the passenger side.

After that, the passenger side can't be locked/unlocked using the power lock controls.


Any ideas?

 

Possibly a bad door lock actuator.

 

It's an '03. . . are you still under warranty?

 

For many years the master actuator is the drivers door, what do you guys think, drivers actuator bad or is it just right there, a simple bad pass door actuator. I dont know when Honda started using or if they are using OBD III (CAN). But one story I read at another site says that the DOOR ECM (master) is in the pass door. How about that, is it OBD III, then it is scanable.

 

ehh.. something fell off. it rattles inside the door.

bodyshop will be fixing it.
