Default PROBLEM with a cable

Hellow

I'm new here. I have a a problem with my 1992 Honda Civic Vti.
It has a loose cable underneath my dash.

The only thing that isn't working on my car is the horn.

Is this the reason, or for what is this cable, can you guys help me out please.

If it is a cable for the horn, where do I need to connect it too, because i don't see a please for it too fit in.

What color are the wires, and is there any way to see where the wires go?

I made a small drawing of the cable with the 4 connections.

Does anyone have an idea what it is for? Maybe the horn???

I might be way off here, but i believe that's the wiring harness for the exterior fog lights, because it looks like the head is more brown than orange to me, but then again i dont know too much about the Vti. Good luck.

thx for the info, i think its for fog lights, because my horn works again, it was just a bad contact between the metal pin in the steering wheel connection
