yes, they will fit on the kyb. that's what setup i'm lookin' at doing. i'm either going with the H&R race or sport springs w/ kyb agx. although i've got an '88 so i can't get adjustable's in the rear, but i'm tryin' to find some rear lower control arms so i can. but, back to your question... i just called H&R yesterday to ask the same question. they said that the race springs (which are the stage 3's you're talkking about, i believe) are: front- 450lbs, rear- 260lbs. and all they tell you for the sport springs is that it is 25-30 percent stiffer than stock.
hehehe icic. i guess i want the stage 3 since i know the spring rate now
(thanx hybrid
) it sounds like even they dont know the spring rate for the street one. hehehe wierd..... anyway, the prob with the stage 3 iz, itll create a **** load of neg. camber... hrm... that measn ill prob have to buy a neg camber aduster. or will it be enough if i just get the alignment done? again, thanx a bunch!

The stock suspension doesn't have any way to adjust camber. So if you got an alignment done, your camber would be exactly the same as before. You need Ingalls part number 3572 for the front and 3893 for the rear. The front kit is a set of adjustable mounting brackets for the upper control arms and the rear is just a set of longer bolts and spacers that move the upper control arm away from the body to give you some positive camber.
it also iz kewl if u dunt talk like dis. thanx.

. thanx for the advice!
