My water pump broke in my car about 2 months ago i took it to the shop and they replaced it and put a new timing belt on it.Now i get it back and the rpms sit at about 1500 then drop to 1000 then the engine light comes on and the car bogs.Like it trys to stay running then i hit the gas and it dosent do anything just makes it bog more but if i hold the gas and turn the key on and off real fast the engine light comes off and it runs good let go of the gas same thing happens agian. What could this be ?my ecu is 4 and 15 i know 4 is crank angle sensor but how do i fix that? is this the problem? and 15 is injectors how do i fix that? please help me out this **** is pissing me off by the way if i set my idle higher it works but its idling way to high like a 2000 its killing my gas money.
did you ever check the timing belt job they did.. sounds like your timing is off or the belt skipped a couple teeth that could be the crank angle code...could also be the injector code..does it sound like its farting? does it die out if you dont hold the gas?

you may be right about the timing i ll check that out but yes the car will die if you dont hold the gas and if you hold the gas and turn the key off and on real fast the light comes off and it works fine but if you hold the gas with out doing the key thing it sits at like 2 and bogs like hell
