front wheel pushed back
my friend wanted to know why his front wheel is closer to the firewall instead of even on both sides. ita 94 hatch and wants to know what he can do to fix it. thanks
Usually impact damage from a crash or big hit into something. I can't recall if that is a radious rod car or not but I would start looking for bent lower parts pretty quickly depending on how far back it is pushed.
The issue: I had this on my nine-deuce. It was like that when I got it, but i'm sure someone hit a curbie, or some other immovable object.
The remedy: I got my frame pulled on a frame rack at an autobody/allignment shop.
The cost: If I remember right, I think it was about $180 for that AND a four-wheel allignment (which is necessary after that).
The outcome: It handled way more neutral after that, and looked better too.

your front crossmember is prolly bent. it's the big-*** stamped piece that the radius rods are connected to, and are designed to give/bend in a severe curby or frontal accident; they give so all your expensive casted suspension components are saved. the crossmember cost around $300 new from honda.
