Default Wheel Spacer/ Bolt Pattern Converter Question

I was looking on ebay and found a wheel spacer that converts a 4x100 bolt pattern to 4x114 and I was wondering if this was safe and what is a reputable company that produces them? I really want some ssr mesh or enkei apaches but can't find any in 4x100 bolt pattern.

I don't know about these, but I would say that a 4x114.3 swap would be a safer option.. Those go for around $300 without wheels on jdmshit...
