what is the spring rate of the [progress coilovers on crx in sport compact car magazine with the h22a swap ???

 

im not sure if its listed in the magazine, but i wouldnt go by anything stated if it were. that car was just slapped together for the article and photo shoot. i dont think the h22 is even still in there. i would just call progress group up and talk to them if you have any suspension questions. they design their own suspension and would know best to help you.

you can contact the photographer for that article here on honda tech by the name of 'thawley' also, but i doubt he'd be any more informative.
