You can use either one, for both stock and aftermarket because all b18a/b18b/b18c headers are interchangeable in terms of bolting to the head. However, if you are running non-custom cat/exhaust, then use the 92-93 header so that it will be the correct length to attach to your cat without welding. I am assuming you are staying obd1, so # of o2 bungs shouldn't be an issue.
