Default DPFI -> MPFI throttle body?

I purchased all of the needed parts for a DPFI to MPFI conversion (took the parts off of a 88 Si and am putting them on a 89 LX). I looked at my receipt and I also purchased the throttle body along with the intake manifold. Sure enough, it's there.

Do i need the throttle body, or can I take it back and get my $30 back? Is there a difference between the DPFI throttle body and the MPFI throttle body? Since I'm going for better fuel economy, is one better than the other?

They are completely different. You absolutely need the MPFI throttle body.

The vac lines are different between a dpfi and a mpfi car.

Buy a civic/crx si throttle cable when you covert to mpfi. I have not bought one, and I am going to do so. I got a high voltage reading on my tps sensor at WOT with a near perfect voltage at idle, closed throttle. I am pretty sure its my throttle cable that is giving me my code 7.
