aftermarket fuel mileage gauge?
now im not talking about the actual fuel gauge thats in every car ever built, im talking about the one that tells you how many mpg you are currently getting..its digital in most vehicles but in some its a needle (bmw)
they come factory in a variety of cars.my inlaws dodge van even has one.
now what i was wondering, if they make that lil system to install on any vehicle, assuming its fuel injected. ive done some searching and i havnt found anything..which could mean that it doesnt exist
so, has anybody ever seen someone install one of the mileage gauges or heard of it? ive always thought it would be a nifty thing to have. and if anyone knows how they work, plz explain.

I've never seen one aftermarket... but I would be willing to bet that if they offer it, you can find it in JC Whittney... That would be cool though...

there we go! i found this about 3 mins after i started this thread. pretty nifty lil device..and only $129.00. and it can diagnose engine codes and turn off the CEL. i just may have to invest in one of these down the road a lil way.
