it fits w/ no porting, but the downpipe does not match up w/ the exhaust...
ideally, you use a 88-89 teg upper w/ a 88-91 civic/crx lower...but this is kinda difficult to come by

Hey guys,
On that note, for sure I have to get a two piece header so it fits on the zc am i correct. I'm doing the swap in about a month and I'm gonna need a header so I'm just gonna get a good one instead of a cheap one. Would appreciate comments on this.

I say get the Si header. It fits perfect. You can port it to match up in about 15 minutes with a dremel. If you don't have a dremel, it's high time you get one. Once you have one, you'll use it for all kinds of crap that you never thought of.
exactly, get the crx header and port match the header to the exhaust gasket and you'll be golden.....less than 15 mins, and it lines up to your exhaust, w/o bending anything..........

What kind of dremel bit are guys using to port the DC header? I pulled it off and made a somewhat feeble attempt to port mine. I wasn't having a lot of luck and decided to put it back on and move on to a bigger issue (oil leak).
Thanks in advance for your help.

x-static, wouldn't getting a CRX header be pretty much the same as getting an Si Civic header?
** The amount of material than needs to be removed is minimal. I used a sanding wheel and another one of those pinkish colored stone bits that is about the same size as a sanding wheel. It worked great on my N2 header, but would work as well on my Greddy manifold.
I just bought an air compressor, so we'll see how well the greddy manifold can hold up against the die grinder.
