Do you have the manual to the car? If you do, it's in there... On my Mom's '01 Civic, you hold down the button, and turn on the key or something like that...

Hold down the mileage reset button for about 10 secs before you turn on car, while still holding the button turn on the car and hold for 10 sens after car is on. Turn off then turn on like regular and it should be off.

1 - Key off, press & hold the odometer reset button.
2 - Continue holding it as you turn the key on.
3 - Continue holding it for maybe 1/2 minute - lamp flashes & finally goes out.

I second this one, it usually takesa bout 10 seconds, but since its boring, it feels like it takes forever, heh.
