could i run jun III's on a almost stock compression. maybe flat valves and mugen h/g and have it run fine? or should i stick with sk2s1's?

On stock compression you only going to see gains in the upper rpm range, Why are you using ZFR7F-11, thats a colder plug for an ls motor, with your compression id stick to a bkr6en11 or a bkr7e11, I would throw in a set of ctr's with new rings, or a set of p30's and shave the head .030. Those cams work alot better with higher compression.
