Default seats wont move forward

i have a 98 integra gs, when i pull the handle, either one, to pull the seat forward so that someone can get in the back, only the top of the seat is pushed forward. [The part where your back rests against]. The bottom of the seat doesnt move along its track towards the front of the car and I cannot figure out why. Any help would be appreciated.

The driver's side seat is designed to do that when just pulling the release to fold the seat forward. It is an intentional convenience so that the driver does not have to readjust their seat everytime someone gets in the car. The passenger side seat will slide forward and fold the seat down when the lever is pulled. As long as your driver's side seat moves forward on the rails when you use the front left side handle, then nothing is wrong.

Will the passenger side seat move forward using the front lever? If not, then I am assuming something is bent, one of the levers is broken, or the rails need some greasing.

If the passenger seat has never done it, it's possible it's a 4dr seat rail.
