How to get condesation out of headlight?
How does one get condensation out of their healight? SHould I just wait till it goes away, or is there something that I can do to remove it?
open up the back of the headlight (where you insert the bulb) let it breath for a bit. You've got some water in your headlight and where the temp is the headlight is higher then the temp outside you will get condensation. ( i belive that's how it works or it's the other way around ) either way, open it up in the back and let it' breath, best thing to do though IMO is take the headlight out. Take it apart (seprate the housing) clean up all the water etc and make sure you seal it TIGHT that should do the trick. It could also be something simple as not putting on the boot right that goes on the back of the blub and/or the bulb is not tighten properly. Best of luck
take headlamps out, bulbs out, use a hair dryer....
bulbs with wattage higher than stock is what usually makes em leak, or that lil rubber hose with the foam inside....check that too
