91 accord question

i have a 91 accord 4 door. body is rusted in the normal places, brand new axels, cv joints, tie rods, motor is bad, what would a fair price be for this car. also has new tires.

im trying to get it as a trade for doing a head gasket on a civic and have to prove to the guy what its worth. I need it for parts.
