Default Build?

Allright,
I am currently working on building up a b16a2 head and b18c1 block I have some p73 pistons and a new water pump kit and all new gaskets..... I am looking into other options. I plan on gettting a DC JDM 4-1 header and a blox intake mani. Okay I think I am going to get either some omni valve springs/ retainers/ valves and am thinking I may run my engine up to 9000 rpms. I have a digital ignition too BTW (not that that really matters much) Anyhow I am planning on getting my block dipped and honed and getting a valve job on my head. I know I need new bearings for the rods. Is there anything you all think I should do to my motor to keep everything reliable? Also this is pretty much the extent of my build I don't plan on going crazy I do plan to chip it. I also wanted to know do you think stock GSR rods would be fine for this build? And what is the advantage of get ARP studs? Should I get my crank balanced since I am going to 9000? Sorry so many questions just want to know what the hell I should do..... This **** is getting expensive and I am thinking I may just say f it and put the pistons on the rods and slap my engine together..... Oh and I plan to get some CTR cams as well.....

Are you doing this yourself, or paying someone to do it?

The actual work paying someone to do it I am just supplying the parts.... (damn I wish I was sponsored) anyhow I will be installing the engine into the car myself but the internal work will be professionally done. You know of a decent shop that'll do the work? Also I was looking at KMS valvetrain anyone know anything about them?
