Default Best place to buy F20B, H23A or H22 Type S Long block?

A buddy of mine has a 1993 Prelude Si and was running a JDM H22 swap with an H23 tranny. By some freak of nature, it dropped a valve when I was pulling off the interstate that sent it through the piston. He wants to order either an F20B (Accord Sir-G), H23a (JDM 2.3 Vtec engine) or Type S H22 (obvious) longblock.

Can anyone suggest where he can get one for a good price? Osaka is the only place that has any of the engines besides the Type S, and we certainly don't want to deal with them. No one else sells the engine without all the transmission and ****.

Any suggestions?
