The entire dash, seats, the engine tends to help, I believe the Si has an armrest as well but im not sure, bumper, fenders, hood and headlights....There is probably more I just can't think of it.
Interior - Complete front Dash, seats, carpet?, side door panels/power window modules, steering wheel, front seats/headrest, armrest, and shift console.
Exterior - Lights, fenders, bumper/lip, hood, and grill.
Complete engine and money.

it doesnt have a seat armrest, it has a a center console that i guess can be considered an armrest, its behind the parking brake (well, my Si has that anyway.)

yea there is alot of stuff different in the SI and the other models. i have a 2000 EX and i wanted to covert my civic to SI but besides the motor there is alot of minor things as well u have to look at its costs alot! of money and time .. ur best bet is to find a totalled one.. or a theft recovery but they still go for more than a stock civic these days...
so far i have::
Interior - gauge cluster, arm rest, sold the si seats for ls gsr seats,
Exterior - SI front and 00 tails
Complete engine and money.[/QUOTE]

You have the ITR rear sway bar? I hope you have SOME kind of subframe reinforcement for that......cause the 6th generation civics have some WEAK rear subframes.......
As far as the front sway bar, don't get one that is to huge....an EX/Si one will do just fine for you. Going with a great big front sway bar will give you understeer like a mother ******.
And for the interior.......since you have a 98, the dashes are different from 98 to 99 and 00 so you will need that with the climate control so you have an exact replica of the Si in hatch form.

*****YOU DO NOT NEED THE ENTIRE DASH*****
You need to do a climate control conv. though. This thread will tell you what you need and how to do it [https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=605432]
Good luck

Interior "Type K" (dark grey) colored dash, door panels, etc etc etc. Climate control panel, front and rear seats, guage cluster. That should do it.
96-98 are not 'mostly the same dark grey.' Type K is what you need. There is more than one grey color.
If you're talking about an entire conversion, you also need a bumper, fenders, headlights, hood, and front lip.

You do. He said you don't need one if you don't care about it being dark grey. If you're converting to Si, you need interior code Type K interior pieces.
Edit- and if you wanna be really **** about it, don't forget the dome lights are different!
