Default Possible B17 N/A build

Hey there. I'm looking into possibly building myself a daily driver B17 and was looking for a few opinions. Let me start off by listing the plans and the parts I already have.
B17 shortblock. $150CAD.
New P30 oversized pistons w/rings. $150CAD.
B16 head with spoon valves, dual valvesprings, itr retainers. $500CAD.
ITR Cams. $300CAD
97 GSR tranny. $600CAD.
ITR Clutch. $50CAD.
ITR flywheel. Still to be purchased.
4-1 SS header. Still to be purchased.
Intake mani and tb is from the b17
Since this is mainly an american site, I have spent roughly $1500 on these parts.
Still need to purchase things such as timing belt, mounts, axles, shift linkage, gasket set, new bearings and there is still machining to be done on the block.

What do you guys think about this build? Is it worth the time and money invested?
Should I just sell everything off and buy a straight up swap or turbo my d16z6?
Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks for reading all this crap.

it'll be a peppy little thing, thats for sure.

likely good for ~155-165whp depending on the tune.

another thought though the car would probably like a b16 tranny better than that gsr.
