You can't direct link to a picture from your mailbox champ.

Go to your mail, right click on the picture and select save target as. Then go to http://www.imageshack.us and upload the picture to post here.

Have you talked to the owner? Ask him/her about it first. If it still seems fishey just ask for more pictures. How far out of the way is it?

Carfax is good.

It did stop getting registered in 1997 on the carfax when it was sold to the second owner.Somebody told me its because Georgia doesnt require inspection and regristation in some parts?

Its a good thing I didnt I guess.

I was talking with him and found out that he replaced the spedometer. He said it went out and he got one from a salvage yard.Ok I understand that can heppen, I said ask did you write down the milage. He said no.I asked him if he still had the org., he said no.I said how do I know the real milage.

Isnt that odometer fraud?I had a feeling something was fishy.Hes trying to hide something

The car is in Tulsa, Oklahoma if anybody wants to go look at it.I need something legit and clean.

Hes a small car dealer. When I first spoke to him he said it had 87,000 miles. Then he tells me it has a little over 100,xxx.Damn that could be 190,xxx for all I know. That and the paint not matching...I dont know, its clean but at this point I cant afford to throw another engine in it.

You think its worth $4000. even if the paint doesnt match, and you dont know how many miles are on it?

I think if you want a civic with a totally clean history, walk away from this one. I never knew you could replace the speedometer, only the whole cluster. And why would you do that when you could replace the vss? Sounds fishy to me. Unless it is a crazy good deal, I'd keep looking.
