Who can tap downpipe bolt holes on the turbo?

Default Who can tap downpipe bolt holes on the turbo?
I have a 5-bolt SC61 - When I got it the bottom downpipe bolt hole was stripped, now the rest of them are in bad shape Can a machine shop tap and helicoil them, or should I see if Precision can?

An automotive machine shop could do it, if you take the center housing to them.
