Default Removing Rear Lower Control Arm Bushings?

Hey guys,
I was trying to replace my springs when I niticed that the only thing that happens when I try to unto the rear bolts is the bushings have broken and spin freely withing there and just spread the bottom part of the shocks. Do you guys have any suggestions for stopping them from spinning or removing them easily? Thanks a lot guys, Matt
