Is it from the front or rear? I don't know much about the Del sol specific but it could be a missing isolator, cracked or missing sway bar bushing, a sway bar specific problem or a couple other things depending on which end of the car its coming from. Did you just modify the suspension or did this problem develop awhile after the h&r's were installed?

Have you tried having someone cycle the suspension while you're near the location of the noise? (car parked have someone push down an inch or two on the rear of the car while you look and listen, don't be under it have the brake set of course) When you're getting a knock from the suspension cycling it can only be because one thing is coming into contact with another. Did you loosen the shock or any other moving component when you did the swap and forget to tighten it back down all the way? Could there be an unsprung shield that the new brake set up is coming into contact with as the suspension moves? Did you route the brake lines as instructed with the kit? Are all of the brake lines secured properly(if it has hard lines they could be popping against the underside of the car) Like I said I don't know much about the Del sol specifically but these are just general things I've seen create problems in the type of cars I used to work on. Hope one of them points you in the right direction, good luck.
