I was driving my lady home and all of a sudden my exhaust starting gargling a little more and the sound changed...my idle was at liek 300rpm and I would take off in a gear at like 4000 rpm or so the car would bog and not move but the motor would sound like it is working normal but the car wasnt movin for ****.....as soon as i dropped her off...i was driving then my car would turn offf....and it would hesitate to turn back on......i would be driving revin high but the car wouldnt move.....it would also smell really bad.....(kind of smelt like my civic wen it was turbo and not tuned the air to fuel mixture dont seem to be correct) anyone had this problem or can help me? some peoples suggestions were the cat is clogged....

had this problem in my ITR, turned out to be bad plugs

 

either your plugs or MAP sensor has failed (try tapping the sensor itself or just uninstall-install it)

 

check the vacuum lines when you look at the MAP, sounds almost like a vacuum leak
